The image is coming along nicely. My plan is to print on acetate. So right now I just have to wait for the print lab to open and see how the image will print. After I have the print I will be able to continue with my problem solving for this piece.

My idea right now is to hang the acetate print in front of my piece of bark in a sort of shadow box fashion. I might need to add lights to the box so the viewer will be able to see the bark behind. But first I need to see how dark the print will be.

Process.

To be clear, the last image I posted is not a final make-up for my composition. I simply posted it for a visual reference.

Still not sure of an exact idea. I want to try and print on wood, so this weekend I am going to try out a couple of things and see if it is even possible. My image is going to be of galaxies and dandelion seeds. I want to make them interchangeable and vague enough that the viewer wont know which is which.

I am really liking what is going on with the image. The top is a darker version of the bottom image. I am glad that I added to it. I am still not sure if it is complete but I am ready for the critique tomorrow.  

So after fiddling around with the composition I ended up with this. I want to still play around with the image but I am satisfied with the direction as of now.
